Service department isn't punctual and doesn't update their online checklist or call you.
Brought my car in for service and Ben the service tech was amazing. He walked me through everything and went the extra mile.
It was great my only concern is how long it took to close the deal.
Purchased a vehicle from Joey. When we got home the next day we noticed damage to the side mirror I messaged Joey and have not heard back from him at all. Would not recommend this dealership at all. The sales reps were busier on their phones than anything else going on at the dealership.

This dealership has good communication when the customer reaches out to them but often forgets to check in with the customer if the process takes longer than normal. As well as having several issues of miscommunication or forgetting to reach out about any questions that they need to to look into that they don't know about
Dealership was spotless, service was great, lots of interactive links to advise the customer on how long the appointment was taking and what stages they were at. A big surprise as dealerships tend to be all about money and less about customer service. This location was first rate!
It was pretty good, but had a little snag in that they didn't have the battery in stock they thought I needed. They were very nice, and explained what happened. They sent someone to Waukesha to pick it up. The worse thing was I had to sit around longer than I intended. It was my choice though.

Verbally Quoted $94 for a synthetic oil change, brought in a Toyota with a $25 coupon from Hyundai dealership. Oil change took 1.5 hours and they wanted me to pay $118!! (Before coupon, the charge was $158). I protested at the cost and the bill was adjusted to the quoted $94 but that means the coupon was worthless. Not a pleasant experience with residual goodwill toward your dealership. quick, friendly, easy We switched dealerships because when we would call the other dealership for an oil change apt. it would be weeks before we could get in. We didn't know there was a Hyundai dealership in Oconomowoc but we drove by and saw it and said let's check it out.
