Hyundai Lake Country
Salesperson really helped find the best car for me!
Danyel was fantastic to work with!
Good experience buying my new to me Kona
This was our first time at this dealership. We came in later in the afternoon on a Saturday and decided to buy a new Santa Fe, everyone stayed after the dealership closed and we drove out with our new car. Hailey, James and Rafael were all great to work with. All were very personable. Great experience.
Joshua Krystosek was our sales consultant. He was up front and honest every step of the way. Was more concerned about what vehicle suited us than just making a sale. Everyone there was respectful of our time constraints and we purchased a great car. Would recommend this dealer to anyone.
We had a great experience at Hyundai Lake Country. Hailey Willis was so sweet and helpful. She explained so much about our new Santa Fe and told us to call her anytime with questions. Great experience!
Such an amazing experience!! Everyone here was so friendly, explained everything well and also gave us time to discuss privately!! Highly recommend! :)
This is Terri Steffes, I absolutely loved the service that I got while purchasing my vehicle. Joey was absolutely incredible. He made my experience there so relaxing. He never pressured me to buy. He was very professional. and knowledgeable about the whole process.. Thank you Joey Huckstep!
We are very happy with our new Hyundai Tucson hybrid. We traded in one car to get this one. We researched vehicles and settled on the Tucson hybrid. The whole process went smoothly. Joey was excellent to deal with and so was the dealership. We are learning all the new features and know that if we have problems we have a good local dealership to get help. This was a great experience! Lynn and Jerry
All the staff was very personable. Danyel was wonderful to work with and very upfront and honest during the whole process.
Sales staff is young and eager to serve. The general manager and finance manager are very friendly and accommodating. They were able to answer all our questions. Thanks!
Great new Palisade! Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and kind to our family of 6. The overall dealership experience was smooth, our first experience with Hyundai of Lake Country.
Rafael was incredibly helpful and efficient! Great to work with and will do so again the future!
Josua did an excellent job understanding what our wants and needs were. He meticulously went over each step and bent over backwards to please us. He is a valued employee and will do his best to match you with your needs. Couldn't have had a better experience and the same to the rest of the people who helped us. A+ work.
Fantastic to work with this dealership and the salesman Joshua. The ease of the process and lack of pushiness was appreciated. He had a tremendous amount of knowledge about the vehicles on the lot, which gave us the comfort of knowing what we were purchasing.
Was excellent service from test drive to purchase. Great crew
Recently purchased my 4th Sante Fe at Lake Country Hyundai from Joshua. He was enjoyable to work with, knowledgeable about the models I was interested in and worked to get a decent deal.
I highly recommend Joshua K. At Hyundai! I stopped in on a whim with my two children one afternoon after doing so much online searching for a new vehicle that would suit my needs as not only a mom but someone who does tons of outdoor hobbies. Joshua took my kids and I to look at some vehicles that matched the size and interests I had expressed I saw in other brands/models I was looking at.
Joshua paid attention to the details I gave, he answered all the questions both my kids threw out constantly 😆 and gave me great ... Read More Google - May 2, 2026
All the staff were amazing! Love my car!
Just purchased a new Palisade. What a car and what a team at Hyundai Lake Country. Awesome service and attention to detail. Great new care buying process.
Joey Huckstep was great. No pressure, friendly, and a overall trustworthy human being. Highly suggest.
Excellent customer service -- truly above and beyond the call of duty, especially considering that they ended up helping me get a Mazda from Boucher's Janesville dealership. Clearly sales rep Joshua Krystosek and sales manager Nimo Amini consider customer satisfaction their top priority.
I had the best birthday present 2026 Kona Limited! Joshua Krystosek Sales & Leasing Consultant and Irving Sandoval F&I Manager are the best! Very important to me I have Spanish Financial Advisor and my husband had the best sales guy! Both of them are the best! Great Experience!
This is a one of a kind dealership, they ALL make you feel like one of their family. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the selection of our new vehicle. They would discuss the pros and cons of each vehicle. You would be told and taught everything about how to use, drive, get the most out of your vehicle. Just a wonderful experience,
Josh in sales was great to work with! From the moment we walked into the dealership, he was friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. Highly recommend!
Beautiful dealership! Great service!
I had a fantastic experience working with Anthony and Nimo at Boucher Hyundai. No pressure, smooth and stress-free. The car I wanted was at a different Boucher location, but they had it over to the Lake Country location in no time. Definitely be back for my next vehicle.
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Lake Country Hyundai, and overall, my experience was wonderful.
To start, I’ve always loved Hyundai vehicles. I previously owned a 2022 Tucson Hybrid, which I absolutely loved. However, I was putting a lot of miles on it quickly, so I decided to upgrade to a Santa Fe.
When I first visited the dealership, the exact vehicle I wanted wasn’t available in the showroom, so they arranged to have one brought in from another location. Due to some misunderstandings on both sides, the vehicle that arrived wasn’t exactly what I had in ... Read More Google - Apr 1, 2026
Bought a used vehicle, had a very enjoyable experience working with Josh to get the car we wanted. He had a pre video ready for us to view before test driving the car we hoped to look at. A lot of dealerships we went to didn’t clean the car of previous owner trash inside. That is usually a bad sign before even test driving a potential option. This dealership had it in pristine condition. The process to get the car was very quick and simple. Texting with updates made buying from this dealership more efficient. No run arounds and ... Service department isn't punctual and doesn't update their online checklist or call you.
Brought my car in for service and Ben the service tech was amazing. He walked me through everything and went the extra mile.
It was great my only concern is how long it took to close the deal.
Purchased a vehicle from Joey. When we got home the next day we noticed damage to the side mirror I messaged Joey and have not heard back from him at all. Would not recommend this dealership at all. The sales reps were busier on their phones than anything else going on at the dealership.
Rafael was excellent very thorough and helpful, He went through everything on the car, very helpful
I was very grateful that Alex answered all my questions and took time to explain the instrument panel and I 24 Santa Fe. Thank you, Alex.
The car-buying experience at your facility was excellent. Joey was very prompt to respond to my inquires and proactive in bringing over the vehicle I was interested in from another location. From start to finish, Joey, Jake, and Irving made the process quick, smooth, and stress-free.
Very pleasant The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. These folks are truly fantastic.
This was the most positive purchasing experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend!
It was my first time buying a car. Rafael, Tyler and the entire team helped me get an amazing deal and fought with the bank to get me a great rate. Highly recommend. Service is good as well
The team at Hyundai Oconomowoc was Friendly and knowledgeable while still being fair priced and fast
Worth the wait and dealership is worth it. Top notch service and caring to each of the customers
The service department has been great to work with
Damage to my windshield is still visible and they refuse to replace it. I am not satisfied!
I just bought a new Hyundai from this dealership. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I worked with Nimo, Rafael, Joey, and Irving. I recommend this dealership to anyone in the area! These employees made the whole process stress free for me and went above and beyond to help me with everything that I needed. Thank you Hyundai Lake Country!
Everyone has been very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! All my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable !
Happy wife, happy life. Rafael did a great job! Rafael did a great job Rafael is awesome
They got me in within a day, fixed my problem with my Santa Fe and on the road we went. Shout out to Alex..
Sales staff was attentive but not pushy. All pricing was upfront and itemized. The process was efficient and hassle-free. Will be going back to them in the future!
They answered all my questions and explained everything very well. They were both very knowledgeable and seemed like they truly enjoyed their work.
Very easy to work with. Very polite and courteous. And caring. Issue was dealt with very promptly.
I’m so glad that they are here in Oconomowoc. I used to have to go into Waukesha to have any service work done. Things get done in a timely fashion, and there is no high pressure sales on the peripherals. Things are pointed out, and you are allowed to make a decision on your own as to what extra services you choose.
Excellent communication and very efficient. The best Hyundai dealership service department I've been to. Thank you
Dealership was fantastic! Joey, my salesman, Jake the manager and Irving in finance all did FANTASTIC! Love how well I was treated and they handled my slightly complicated situation very well. Thanks everyone!
Dealer was great Hyundai should let you call in your vin for this rather than me wasting 2 hours with drive time to just get parts ordered
Everyone did fantastic! Joey, Jake, and Irvin were all amazing and handled my slightly complicated situation very well. Didn’t spend too much time waiting around either! Wonderful group they have!
I had a great experience with **Lake Country Hyundai**, and I especially want to shout out **Mitchell Rogue** for going above and beyond during the purchase of my **2020 Ram Rebel**. From start to finish, Mitchell’s communication was outstanding—clear, timely, and honest every step of the way. He made sure all my questions were answered and kept me informed throughout the entire process, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of dedication and follow-through. I highly recommend Lake Country Hyundai, and if you’re working with Mitchell Rogue, you’re in great ... Read More Google - Jan 26, 2026
It was a oil change and tire rotation and a recall, all good It's all good
Super accommodating. They nailed it again. Great team I will definitely be back for future service
This dealership has good communication when the customer reaches out to them but often forgets to check in with the customer if the process takes longer than normal. As well as having several issues of miscommunication or forgetting to reach out about any questions that they need to to look into that they don't know about
Dealership was spotless, service was great, lots of interactive links to advise the customer on how long the appointment was taking and what stages they were at. A big surprise as dealerships tend to be all about money and less about customer service. This location was first rate!
It was pretty good, but had a little snag in that they didn't have the battery in stock they thought I needed. They were very nice, and explained what happened. They sent someone to Waukesha to pick it up. The worse thing was I had to sit around longer than I intended. It was my choice though.

Mitch was very helpful, and friendly. He found the car I wanted, easily walked me thru the process, and answered all my questions ! It was a very nice expert!!
Very happy with my service there. The service advisor was helpful and efficient and the work was completed quickly.
So happy to have found a place so personable, took us in as family!! THaNK YOU Rafael, you’re amazing and we appreciate all your time, with us and our sister!! Nemo it was great meeting you, you have wonderful people working for you from finance , receptionist to Steven getting our vehicle ready to go!! Everyone treated us with the most respect! So thankful we found you all Loving our Palisade already Steve and Tina
Alex was very nice, helpful and professional. He helped me with some questions I had that were unrelated to oil change. Oil change was fast
I knew the model and trim level l wanted beforehand. Carlos was very courteous and helpful, was able to test drive vehicle immediately. Everyone at the dealership was nice including the manager and financial paperwork person. Was satisfied with price and paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. Overall was a very pleasant experience
This facility is so nice, I didn't even know Oconomowoc had a Hyundai dealership, but it just opened this past July 2025. My hyundai needed services, so originally I went there for that - however, when finding out that my car was not fixable - I ended up shopping around for a new car at this place. Everyone there was very friendly, incredibly helpful and listened to what I was expecting in regards to my next vehicle. I worked with Mitch Pogue and he was such a help! Super empathetic, patient, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Although the process ... Read More Google - Jan 2, 2026
Dear Lake County Hydunai, The service experience was wonderful!! Everyone I worked with was solid. The all made the best customer experience ! Thank you Joanne
Very happy with this purchase and experience!
Great experience and very patient. Mitch Pogue is who we worked with there.
Very courteous and professional Come on that's as good as it gets ! Not writing a book
Verbally Quoted $94 for a synthetic oil change, brought in a Toyota with a $25 coupon from Hyundai dealership. Oil change took 1.5 hours and they wanted me to pay $118!! (Before coupon, the charge was $158). I protested at the cost and the bill was adjusted to the quoted $94 but that means the coupon was worthless. Not a pleasant experience with residual goodwill toward your dealership. ( under the wiresWhile protesting the cost, I saw a $49 coupon for the very oil change I just had under the cables from the computer monitor and said 'How about I use this?' and my advisor let me know ... Mitch Pouge is a great salesman. Detailed my car and put plates on my new car
I felt like the dealership listened to my needs and took the process at my pace. They were very respectful.
Last service was good.
Lies. No communication. 1. Kid that cleans the vehicles crashed the truck. 2. Manager said it would be fixed in house without insurance claim. 3. Took nearly over two months to get fixed,
Carlos was a great sales person to work with. No pressure, full transparency and the only regret I have is not working with Carlos sooner in my journey when looking for a vehicle. I highly recommend Hyundai Lake Country
Carlos, Nick and Irving were fantastic to work with. Carlos was patient with us and helped us get to the final decision with care and respect. They knew our circumstances and knew time in the dealership needed to be minimal. They respected us every step of the way. Highly recommend.
From sales (Carlos) to the manager (Jake) to the finance department (Irving), this dealership went above and beyond all the expectations for my wife and I!!! It was a seamless and transparent prices, all the way through. It's the way car buying should be!! Even the service department did a wonderful job with applying the Auto Armor and prepping my wife's new Santa Fe! Thanks to everyone for making this the best experience possible!
quick, friendly, easy We switched dealerships because when we would call the other dealership for an oil change apt. it would be weeks before we could get in. We didn't know there was a Hyundai dealership in Oconomowoc but we drove by and saw it and said let's check it out. We are glad we did, this was our second time at your dealership for an oil change and we are more than pleased.
Windshield damage is still visible after being serviced twice All around not a very good experience.
Everyone was very helpful, professional, and courteous. The only reason I gave four stars is because they could not find the issue that I took the car in for.
Mitchell Pogue helped my mom buy her first brand new car. He was extremely helpful through the whole process. He was not pushy at all. Highly recommend Mitch!
Excellent customer service in the service center. Beautiful facility. The common area was clean and had really nice amenities.
Experience was great. They were quick and worked with us above and beyond what was expected. An unforeseen issue came up with the car after we left (used car) and they did all that they could to make it right
AMAZING experience!!!
As easy as it should be. Carlos (sales) was hands down the BEST. He was tenacious but not annoying or pushy at any point. Jake (manager) was easy to talk to, negotiate with, straight forward and just a solid dude. Irving (finance) was just as great as he wasn't pushy, he was patient, polite and SUPER helpful in getting us the financing we desired.
